Welcome to MightyXen.com, a site dedicated to the original Half-Life and the community that grew around it. MightyXen takes inspiration from the gaming and fan sites of the late 1990s and early 2000s, when the web was full of small independent sites sharing maps, mods, downloads, guides and information. The aim of MightyXen is to bring some of that back and create a useful home for people who still play and enjoy the original Half-Life. Whether you are running a server, looking for an old map, installing a mod, trying to find a model or sprite, or simply returning to the game after many years, the site is intended to make older content easier to find and use. Ultimately, MightyXen is a small preservation project built by someone who still enjoys the original Half-Life. The goal is to keep old files available, document useful information and preserve a little of the community that surrounded the game.
